Something almost all of us struggle with - **People Pleasing** & **Setting Boundaries**. We'll start with a mini-workshop on how we can stop people pleasing, followed by group discussions.

In the second half, if you'd like to give a 5-minute talk on *any topic in self-development* \- any insight/idea/personal struggle/book/tips that you'd like to share with the group\, sign up in the comment section \(**no public speaking experience required** 😊)
