About event
Petr Špaček is releasing a new album!
Come and experience a special festive concert in the wonderful surroundings of Prague's Rudolfinum, where Petr Špaček and his band will christen their new album. The new album will feature songs such as Shallow, Believer, Englishman In New York, Always Remember Us This Way, Chach sem helo z Hradišť, Tears in Heaven, I'm Not the Only One and many other hits.
At the concert in Rudolifno, most of the songs from this album will be performed, but you can also look forward to several new songs prepared especially for this event. Don't miss this unique evening.
Petr Špaček studied cello at one of the most prestigious American music universities - the New England Conservatory in Boston. He won an international competition of the Czech Radio and as a soloist he gave concerts with leading Czech orchestras. In the last few years, he has performed in Europe, Asia, North and South America. His career took a new direction in September 2021, when he started a successful solo career with a sold-out concert in Prague's Rudolfinum (after the breakup of the original Prague Cello Quartet, where he worked for 15 years). Since then, Petr has won the hearts of a wide audience with his unique approach to music – he combines playing the cello with a funny and direct performance.
