PETRŽALSKÝ MAJÁLES 2026 | NÁMESTIE REPUBLIKY

Petržalský Majáles is back and for a great success it will last not one, but two days! 🌸 Celebrate the arrival of the month of love with us by building May, cooking and tasting goulash, craft markets and especially with a good dose of not only musical entertainment, which this time will also be brought to us by star names from abroad. 🤩🌏

1️⃣ As you may have guessed, Friday May 1st will be a competition in cooking goulash, folklore and entertainment for our little ones. Kindergarten and elementary schools, children's and adult folklore ensembles such as Hájenka, Poleno, Všetečníci, Lúčka, SZUŠ Macharova and ZUŠ Praha will sing and play to our rhythm throughout the day. You can look forward to the construction of May itself with the musical accompaniment of the Ekonóm Folk Ensemble from 3:30 p.m. 🎶

The end of the first day will belong to the winner of the Košice Golden Treasure 2014, the pop-rock band Iconito. After it, the famous Poddukelský folk art ensemble (PUĽS) will present its art. 💃

By the way, do you think that the best goulash is cooked right in your cauldron? 🍲 Prove it and join the competition. Our expert jury will assess the quality of your delicacy. All info, including the online registration form, can be found HERE 👉 https://bit.ly/majales_gulas26. Applications are accepted until Friday, April 24 (inclusive).

2️⃣ The second day of Petržalské Majáles will be no less spectacular. We start at 10:00 a.m. with a children's program presented by Miško s Líška, Talostan and a performance by the Petržalsk dance schools. In the afternoon, you can look forward to the well-known hits of The Beatles and Miro Žbirka performed by The Beatle Heart's Club and Meka Žbirka Tribute. The band Neon Fever will provide a musical cross-section from the 80s to the present day. 🎶

🇬🇧 🇨🇿 The highlight of the evening will belong to two musical guests from abroad. The first one will be a cult band from Great Britain, followed by legendary guests from the Czech Republic. We will reveal their names soon. 🤘🎸 Until then, guess and watch our channels.

Craft markets with small gifts and stalls with tasty snacks will be available for visitors on both days. 🍻 And while the adults are feasting and debating with their friends, Petržalčatá will be able to ride to their heart's content in the NERF arena, on electric cars and also in our creative workshops. The Petržalka Library will not be missing either. 📚

ADMISSION to the event is also FREE thanks to the support of the city district. We look forward to seeing you. 🍀 #petrzalkazije #kulturavpetrzalke

📸🎥We warn visitors that during the event a photographic or video recording may be made in order to inform about the activities of the Bratislava-Petržalka district.
