The traditional summer musical concentration of the School of Modern Singing.
Dozens of our students have already succeeded in auditions and appeared on musical boards. A few of them just after they graduated from our musical training...

• DATES (three-day event):
- Friday 21.8.2025 from 10:00 to 20:00
- Saturday 22.8.2025 from 10:00 to 20:00
- Sunday 23.8.2025 from 10:00 to approx. 17:00 (and then from 18:00 performance)
• WHAT AWAITS YOU:
Collective fun with like-minded people while rehearsing excerpts from the musical...
• THEME OF CONCENTRATION:
The musical DROP OF HONEY FOR VERUNKA, which is currently being performed at the Karlín Music Theatre. The icing on the cake of this training will be that the co-author of this musical is our lecturer František Pytloun.
• WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:
a) musical rehearsal
b) choreography rehearsals
c) directing rehearsals
d) "home" production of simple backdrops and costumes
e) theater make-up
f) musical performance - singing, dancing, drama
• WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
The goal is to rehearse in less than 3 days a cut from the musical with a total length of approx. 15-30 minutes (depending on the speed of your work)
• 3 LECTURERS - you will be taught by these ŠMZ lecturers:
- Lukáš Jindra - musical staging
- Kateřina Jindrová Zítková - choreography
- František Pytloun - director
• AGE LIMITATION:
- the event is for pupils aged 15 and over (for those interested under the age of 15, the written consent of the parents is required with a declaration of the independence of their child and the transfer of responsibility for the child to the parents)
• PRICE:
- CZK 4,500 (payment until 30.6.) - cancellation option until 31.7. with a 50% cancellation fee, it cannot be canceled later
- CZK 5,000 (payment from July 1 to July 31) - cancellation option until July 31. with a cancellation fee of 50%, later it is not possible to cancel
- CZK 6,000 (payment at any time) – possibility of cancellation no later than 48 hours in advance
In any case, non-attendance can be resolved by finding a substitute and thus avoiding forfeiture of the course fee.

• MEALS:
- lunch and dinner will be available for purchase in the restaurant of the Federal Building
- we will provide you with bottled water, coffee and tea throughout the duration of the training session
