Walk together to make a difference: Create a free exercise program by and for people aged 60 and over with

Free ideas workshop for people 60 in the Shopping City Süd

Create a new walking and meeting offer with us: without the pressure of sport and without previous knowledge, but with community, safety and the joy of exercise.

Together we will collect your experiences and ideas: What makes a walking group pleasant? What does it take to feel safe, welcome and in good hands? We'll then try out a short mall walk and think together about how a suitable route could be designed.

You can tell, listen or join in the discussion - every contribution is welcome. You don't have to be particularly sporty or prepare anything.

As a thank you for your participation, we cordially invite you to:

Mall Walking Austria is, to our knowledge, the first scientific mall walking project of this kind in Europe. It is funded by the Society for Research Promotion Lower Austria (GFF) and carried out by the University for Continuing Education Krems together with international partners from Australia and Denmark.
