About event
You can have a picnic all year round! In the CITADEL, we continue with a series of events for young and old, where we want to meet you, laugh, have fun, enjoy a varied program or savor various delicacies.
The second Picnic for the whole family starts in Saturday, November 30, at 2:30 p.m. by the Exchange of Tastes. Bring your own box of food that you like and that won't take you a lifetime to prepare. We will share the secrets of the individual boxes together on a giant blanket!
This will be followed by a talk about bees and beekeeping with Soňa Keresztesová and David Turčáni from the Bees to Paradise project. Since 2013, they have been operating an educational apiary in Kokava nad Rimavicou, where they introduce the public to the life of bees and other pollinators in an experiential way.
The program will also include a workshop on making tea candles with Mirka Čierna and chemical tricks-experiments with Pišt Med , which you already know from our Rewards Day.
Come, it will be a real ride again!
