Do you want to do something for your health, for your body and soul? Come and practice Pilakalajoga.
Long-time trainer and pedagogue Mgr. Anna Repková selected the best of pilates, calanetics and yoga to create this healthy method. The exercise is suitable for women and men of all ages.
The training takes place in the premises of ZŠ M.R. Štefánik at Grösslingová 48 in Bratislava.
You need to bring your own mat and comfortable clothes, you can exercise barefoot or in socks. Registration in advance is not necessary. Just come. 🙂
