About event
🍁 Autumn is here and with it colder days! ❄️
Come and warm up with us for a Pilates class at the Nivenka Community Center 🤸♀️
Pilates will help you:
✨ release stiff muscles
✨ strengthen the body and its posture
✨ recharge with energy for the next few days
Leave the cold at the door and do an hour just for yourself 💛
We look forward to seeing you in Nivenke!
