Our republic is a brewing powerhouse and Prague is a brewing paradise, we would be hard pressed to find another on the map of Europe the capital, where they have as many functional breweries in the center as here in Prague, located in important historical buildings. What kind of breweries they are and how one differs from the other, since they all brew from the same ingredients, you will find out in the lecture. Thanks to the rich photo documentation, the acquisition of which took several months and took place directly in the breweries, you will have the opportunity to look into the operation of all the breweries in the historic center, see where the delicious beer is made, get to know all the brewers, see how difficult their work is and also learn about the history of the buildings , where the breweries are located today. The lecture, which lasts 1.5 hours, will also include a visit to the brewery, the oldest in the country, Břevnovského.
