Love for good food that throws itself into plant gastro experiments. They prepare a pizza of the type of Contemporanea - light, fluffy and crispy pizza, with a thin center and thick edges. The basis is biga and only the best flour.
raw materials on pizza? You will definitely surprise you with its delicious combination. Everything is of plant origin! If possible, we assemble the menu so that we use the crops that are currently ripening in our gardens and nearby parts. On our pizza you will find edible flowers, pesto from bear garlic, sour cabbage or favorite oyster.
It has been three years since the moment of the first pizza. At that time, the Italian heart longed for a good pizza. The one he remembers from Rome. In Brno, however, was not available up -to -date to satisfy his appetites. That is why he started to self-study at Joutub University and created his own delicate recipe.
