For the past 5 years, Martin worked in the Ministry of Education, more precisely in the National Institute for Education, where he headed the analytical department. As part of the agenda, he also focused on the employability of graduates on the labor market and analyzes of the educational structure and field structure. He has experience in the preparation and commenting on conceptual and strategic documents of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the preparation of data support for the evaluation of the fulfillment of the priorities and goals of the operational program of the Ministry of Education and Culture (OP VVV). Martin was also involved in the field of education at the European level, when he was a member of the European Commission's working group for monitoring the employability of graduates and the working group focusing on tools for the recognition of qualifications.

Patrick is the former director of the internet division of the MAFRA publishing house and Stream television, columnist, writer and director of the Π Institute. Since 2018, he has been working in the City Council of Brandýs nad Labem. He is the author of AI worksheets for parents in schools.
