Berit on Wednesday: round of talks on the professional reorientation and life design.
The discussion round "Plan B - New Ways Think in Uns Unsustery Times" is aimed at everyone who (new) starts, reorientation or discovering new scope for action - in short: to everyone who wants to develop their personal plan B. Today to everyday life. But what to do if the previous way is no longer wearing? If security, meaning or perspectives are missing?
For a fresh start, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to change are required - but we often stall because we overtake the new job with too many expectations or seek the guarantee in advance.
Plan B as an expression of strength and future skills
A plan B enables:
- to be flexibly adapted,
- to remain capable of acting if Plan A is no longer carrying to adjust professional and personal goals. Sustainable plan B look?
