**WHAT IS OUR UNIQUE PLAYFIGHT LINEAGE?**
There are a lot of different practices out there called "play-fight".
What makes our playfighting special is how this practice is integrated in **a powerful framework** aimed to **ignite transformation** and inspire deep connection, respect and **profound exploration of relational dynamics**.
Playfight is Connection - with yourself and with others - despite any adversity. "PLAY" stands for **free-flowing, child-like Aliveness.** "FIGHT" - mindful and non-violent - stands for reclaiming your **Inner Power**, standing your ground and experimenting with your boundaries.
