Podnuselák is a traditional run through which the Probuďme Nusle association connects neighbors over sports and refreshments, across neighborhoods, age categories and language groups. We are continuing with the sixth season!
Podnuselák was founded in 2019 as a MONTHLY COMMUNITY RUN FOR EVERYONE, including complete beginners and non-runners; it can be seen as an ideal opportunity to start running regularly. Age is not a barrier, everyone will run at the same time. It doesn't matter the performance, we will wait for everyone at the finish line! The prize is the participation itself. And when you bring your little ones, they will be able to run for a commemorative medal.
We look forward to seeing you!
REGISTRATION FROM 6:30 PM AT THE FOLIMANKA REFRESHMENT.

Podnuselák is a MONTHLY COMMUNITY RUN FOR EVERYBODY, including complete beginners and non-runners. You could conceive Podnuselák as an ideal opportunity to start running regularly. Age is no obstacle, everyone starts together. Your performance is not what matters, at the finish line we'll wait for everyone! You win just by taking part. Looking forward to seeing you!
