About event
Is the saxophone tool jazz or classic? Who and when did he produce it? Few think about where his name comes from, but we all probably agree that it is one of the most interesting and variable musical instruments. The reason for this "fiction" of a young futurist was that he wanted (simply said) to construct a tool that had the flexibility of the human voice and, with its color of sound, was an imaginary bridge between breathing and string instruments in symphonic orchestras or military bands.
Concerts called Saxophone combine the original sound of a classic saxophone with a string quartet. The internationally recognized pianist and now also established saxophonist Ladislav Fančovič invited the String Quartet Violette Quartet, which consists of members of the Slovak Philharmonic.
