About event
It's group therapy for teenagers - more free than adult therapy and divided into several cycles to adapt to the age and needs of the children.
How it works:
👉Every second Monday 16:00 - 17:30
👉Start: 14.9. 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
Cycle dates: 14.9., 28.9., 12.10., 26.10., 9.11., 23.11., 7.12., 21.12.
👉Where: Jakubovo nam.14., Bratislava Staré mesto.
👉Group: Small group for 5 - 7 members, closed for 8 meetings, then we reopen it, children can leave and join. We call it "semester" - winter and summer.
👉In case of logistical problems (illness, travel, etc.) it is possible to join the meeting online.
👉Frequency: 2x per month
👉Price: 35 euros / 1 meeting 90 min
👉Method of payment: cumulative, in advance, by invoice. If necessary, we will agree on the frequency and amount of payments individually.
👉The group is led by: PhDr. Jarmila Tomková, psychologist and therapist.
👉For whom it is intended: Teenagers aged 15-19/20
👉The group is not suitable for clients in the acute stage of mental illness.
It is about:
• targeted sharing of client topics that arise in everyday life with peers, coordinated by a psychologist and therapist.
• receiving and providing support within groups that open up space for better self-knowledge and provide knowledge to others,
• cooperation with therapists and group participants, within the framework of the mutually agreed rules of all participants in the group, and respecting them,
• participation in regular meetings
As parents, do not be alarmed if your teenager experiences:

🍀greater ability to recognize and manage one's own emotions
