The Malvazinec cemetery, situated in a neighborhood known as Horní Smíchov, is the largest burial ground on the left Vltava bank. The cemetery serves as the place of the last rest of many remarkable personalities, especially from the world of culture, art, literature and music such as Jakub Arbes, Ferenc Futurista, Jiří Karásek of Lvovice, Růžena Vacková or Ondřej Sekora. His charm is underlined by a number of works of art, splendid tombs and mature trees.
