One of the first autumn weekends we will spend too much in a beautiful harmonious place, which will again be all for us. I invite you together - to create a kind space in your body and mind. If you feel you need to take your breath away from winter time, you are cordially invited. Whatever weather awaits us, there is always a lot to do. A friendly atmosphere, heat of stove, scent of spices and radiant sauna, which may have been replaced by a long walk, time with a book, with itself or meditation. Yoga stays will be peace, stop and balance. How much in my life I carry duties, I need so much joy into it. Balance between internal and outer. Stopping in the field of the physical body enough to hear what germinates inside us and invite it to the world. I invite you inside - inside together. Morning lessons will take care of a happy and flexible body. Joint yoga in a gentle spirit we enter on Friday evening and tune in to our exceptional weekend.

Sunday morning will again be very relaxed, calm, with fresh morning yoga practice, long breakfast, sharing and recharge for the new week. It is a very healing practice that helps us understand our nitro.
