In a safe and playful atmosphere, a surprising amount ends up happening. We will experiment with meditation techniques that will lead us to ourselves - our body and our psyche. In moments of inner peace, we can hear the soft and unobtrusive voice of our soul (psyche). The goal is to establish contact with it and let it guide you through life.
We will focus on the energy body and chakras both theoretically and practically. Opening up to life and celebrating it is an important tantric topic, which we will also touch on.
At the weekend we also have:
Meditation, couples and other techniques
Working with the three keys to energy : with breath, movement and voice
Dance, movement, meeting
Opening the heart
Evening ritual
Energetic and other exercises
Sharing experiences
Accompanied by: Lecturers of the Tantra Institute - Manguri and Jana Goetzová
