About event
I would like to invite you to movement meditation. It is a conscious connection with its body and our divine essence as a part of it. Through work with breath we will enter together beyond the limits of time and space where everything exists in the present. I call you to experience yourself in an authentic movement, accompanied by music and my voice. I call all your parts to get and show up in the body. I call you to experience you, and have become a kind observer of the story about yourself. I call you the soul into the body. I call you to the living temple of consciousness, to the sacred space where you feel while you are and from this space you can dance yourself a new/new one, your new life.
This energy work done in a playful way will be supported by the spring equinox, which is a time of rebirth and renewal in which we can plant new seeds or set the intentions for the following year. From a spiritual point of view, it is a time of balance and harmony. If we consciously open ourselves to these energies, they can help us in a kind way to release old limiting patterns and beliefs, thus creating space for new growth and transformation. At the same time, we will be supported by the numerology of the day number seven. Seven is a number of wisdom, spirituality or spiritual connection with secular.
The meeting can open topics:
Meeting in unity with you.
both up and down. In all possible forms?
I'm a seed germinating in out?
What new do I want in life?
What new do I want to be? 22.3.2025 to the center of yourself, which is located in the premises of the gymnastic gym, gymnastic Košice, in Popradska 84. Please bring with you a scarf to tie your eyes, comfortable clothes and water. We open the circle at 17:00.
The price for rental and accompanying is 17E.
