Our lovely lecturer Jaru Bambuch Linhartová invites us to an in-depth experience that gradually guides us through movement, voice, silence and gentle integration at the end.
Osho kundalini meditation works similar to an "evening shower" - it helps us shake off the tension, stress and emotions that have accumulated from our body and mind, and returns us to peace and inner balance.
The whole session begins with a short chant. protective mantras. Mantras bring a sense of safety and sacredness into the space, attune us to a similar frequency and at the same time calm the nervous system. The vibration of the voice helps to get the attention from the head to the body and open to what is coming.
Then we enter the four stages of Osho's meditation itself, which smoothly follow each other.
1. phase - Shaking
You let the body shake freely, vibrate and release physical and emotional tension.
Effect: Stress relief, activation of life energy, feeling of "restart".
2. phase - Dance
Free intuitive movement that cleans the body and stirs up joy.
Effect: Opening of the chest, lightness, spontaneity, feeling of inner freedom.
3. phase - Silent observation while standing or sitting
Energy settles, breath slows down and mind softens.
Effect: Increased receptivity, transition to meditative state, feeling of clarity.
4. phase - Light relaxation lying down
You let the body rest, integrate the experience and absorb the silence.
Effect: Deep regeneration, stable peace, connection with yourself.
This relaxation is a moment of deep integration – everything that opened up during meditation finds its natural peace and balance here.
At the end of the meeting there is a space for sharing. You can speak, ask questions, or just quietly listen to others. Sharing helps anchor the lived experience so that its positive effects remain with you even after you leave home.
