Regular physical activity (PA) in a properly set form and volume is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and primary, secondary and tertiary prevention of a variety of diseases. Therefore, many countries (such as the UK, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, New Zealand) have accepted that movement intervention and education from physical education specialists can be part of paid care. PA "prescription", ie in primary health care, should realize movement therapists with sufficient erudition in the issue of persons with specific needs (ie long -term illness, disability or other health disadvantages) and at the same time with erudition in the management of physical education programs and group lessons.
