Recharge your energy on your neighborhood projects. Meet people who also do something for your surroundings. Share ideas and challenges.
We start a series of structured self -help groups. The psychologist Ondřej Fafejta, who was inspired by the supervisory method of the Balint groups, is facilitated. Some topics will be more personal, others rather technical. You choose a challenge that will be the most interesting for the group. The discussion will take place in the safe space of the interview rules, where direct interaction is limited and equal access to all participants and the possibility to give safe feedback is limited.
The entry is free. After the event you can send a voluntary contribution to the volunteer center. March from 17.30 to 19.30
