About event
The hills of Devínská Kobyla have blossomed into beauty - the blooming yellow heads of spring have also been joined by low irises, and so the meadows are already playing with different shades of blue or purple. Small goats are chasing each other in the basket in the Weitov quarry, the smell of freshly sprouting grass can be felt in the air - spring has taken over and beckons us into nature.
This period is one of the most beautiful for a walk from Sandberg to the Weitov quarry. If you want to learn something interesting about this piece of paradise during a walk in nature, you are most welcome!
We will discuss, for example:
- Why Devínska Kobyla is a protected natural location and what it means.
- How the sand hill was formed and what treasures it hides.
- What happened here in the past and how this location is approached today.
- And there will also be a bit of history - because those the views we will enjoy will automatically bring us a lot of questions 🙂

MEETING PLACE: public transport stop Pri Sandbergu (at the intersection of Na Hriadkach/ Primoravská streets), from 1:50 p.m.

WHO IS THE TOUR FOR:
The tour is for everyone who loves nature, beautiful views and is interested in where we live, what is interesting things in this area and how we can contribute to its protection.
If you come with children, I will adapt the tour accordingly so that they can have the experience as well. Children can take the tour only when accompanied by a parent/adult.
ATTENTION!
The tour is not barrier-free. We will be moving in natural terrain - we recommend sturdy shoes.
Pack something to drink and eat for the trip.
Purchased tickets cannot be returned. In case of bad weather, the tour can be canceled only at the decision of the organizer. If the alternative date does not suit you, the money will be returned to you.
