About event
The course is focused on the issue of market valuation of real estate, law related to real estate and valuation, and solving practical problems related to this valuation. The aim of the course is to acquire or deepen students' skills for working with current price regulations (price law) and civil law and to impart theoretical knowledge in the field of international valuation regulations.
Thematically, the course is divided into the following blocks:
1. Valuation theory (division of valuation approaches and their application for estimation of market value and usual price)
2. Selected articles of law (cadastral law, civil law, expert law)
