About event
The course focuses on the issue of market valuation of real estate, the rights related to real estate and valuation and to solve practical problems related to this award. The aim of the course is to acquire or deepen the skills of students for working with current price regulations (price law) and civil law and the transfer of theoretical knowledge in the field of international valuation regulations. Valuation theory (division of valuation approaches and their application for market value and usual price)
