About event
The course is focused on the issue of market valuation of movable property, law related to movable property and valuation, and on solving practical problems related to this valuation. The aim of the course is to acquire or deepen students' skills for working with current price regulations (price law) and civil law and to impart theoretical knowledge in the field of international valuation regulations.
Thematically, the course is divided into the following blocks:
1. Principles for valuation of movable property, basic requirements of Czech price regulations and international valuation standards
2. Breakdown of movable property for valuation, assessment of limit states in valuation and approaches to selection of amortization scale
3. Method of calculating residual utility (evaluation of technical condition, moral obsolescence and external economic factors)
4. Determination of default value, technical level coefficient, time value
5. Principles of market comparison, determination of marketability coefficient, market value, or usual prices
