About event
🕯️ The season of Advent is approaching, which in contemporary culture is often unrecognizably mixed with Christmas. Christmas romantic comedies are playing on TV, Christmas markets are taking place in the squares and people are chasing gifts in shops where Christmas songs are playing.
However, the actual course of the liturgical year is more restrained. The Advent Church definitely does not identify with Christmas, and the way it approaches this period makes it clear that it is a specific period with a specific message. 📜
📅 Our Monday meeting (18 November at 20:00 in the Parish Hall) will therefore this week deal with what we should think about during Advent, in addition to unwrapping the chocolates from the Advent calendar, and how prepare for the coming of Jesus Christ. You are all cordially invited! 🌟
