An evening that connects.
Connects us as a community.
Connects us with nature's medicine.
Connects us with ourselves.
DIVE INTO THE SOUNDS OF CONSCIOUSNESS
During the meditation, a harmonizing concert will be played.
Accompaniment with resonant instruments will help us to relax the nervous system to such an extent that space is created for the initiation of internal healing processes. processes.
RITUAL WITH COCOA
We enhance the whole experience with a ceremonial cocoa drink that opens the heart and guides us to kindness. Kindness to ourselves, to our surroundings and to life events that may be happening to us at the moment. It stimulates receptors that produce happy hormones.
So let's give ourselves hugs and support with this precious plant guide.
