The Groove Pop-Up Choir Vienna offers you the opportunity to spontaneously and flexibly become part of a special musical experience. No matter whether you have never sung in a choir before or already have experience - with us you will find a safe space where tolerance, fun and music come first... and we have experience: our leader Leni has been giving open singing sessions since 2018 and in 2023 she founded the Pop Up Choir Vienna. She guides and accompanies us through the musical event with routine and sensitivity. Two hours of fun and singing! Everyday life off - tune in!

This format is ideal for you if you:

• don't have time for a fixed choir, but don't want to miss out on music,

• want to strengthen the connection to your own voice again,

• are in the mood for pop, creative Arrangements that are written specifically for our sessions and

• are simply looking for fun singing together!

Practical information:

Time: 6.30 p.m. (Arrive from 6.10 p.m.)
Duration: approx. 1.5-2h

Invest: suggested donation 25 € standard price (more about this when booking your ticket!)

Location: Lindengasse 44, 1070 (in the courtyard - through the gate into the Hof)

To prepare:> Listen to the song more often!
-> Take a water bottle with you!-> A pen and/or a highlighter is highly recommended ;)!

Sequence of the session:

• Warm-up: Relax, release, build up - a relaxed introduction with funny & relaxing exercises that get your voice and body into the groove.

• Song development: Together we will learn a complete pop song - with maximum 2-3 parts, without notes, exclusively by ear. The arrangements are created especially for the pop-up sessions! Singing only by ear gives us the opportunity to sharpen our senses on the one hand and, on the other hand, to be even more in the moment, with ourselves and the group!

• Mini concert for ourselves: At the end we celebrate our music together with an internal concert moment - an experience full of joy and energy.
