🔸️Nene course -"postpartum exercise" 🔸️
After the first successful course, I offer new 6 weeks in a closed group. 🙂
Your baby will guard another nice woman in the same room and if you need you it will have you right in sight. Individual physio hour 🤷ges
The course is designed for all women after the end of 6stonedelia and after gynecological inspection.
We start on Tuesday 11.3. at 9:30
