The concept of shared parenting was created after many years of professional experience in working with families in the situation of the break -up of the parental relationship. He leads courses for parents, foster parents, pedagogical staff, social workers and other helping professions. The author, an experienced psychotherapist and clinical psychologist Jan Kulhánek, focuses on various forms of family structures, examining traditional and non -traditional models such as multicultural families, pairs, polyamoring relationships or patchwork households. Based on its experience in therapeutic practice and personal life, it brings a deep insight into the dynamics of family relationships, their influence on individuals and changes that brings today's time.
