Days are extended, spring is approaching :-) For a little fun for training after a year the last lane again - we wake up after winter cat and we run a little - last man standing version lace (one of the hills on the BBU route). circuit through lace - alternative blue up / yellow down, yellow up / blue down. approx. 5km / 450m circuit
After each circuit, we eliminate a certain number of the last to the last 10. The circuit remains only two. The last two will hand out it in the final in the last circuit for the honorary title of the last lane. Every finalist runs in the opposite direction. The direction of the circuit chooses faster from the penultimate circuit, the opponent runs in the opposite direction.
To all run a little, the first elimination only after the second circuit, the first heating circuit. So the minimum comes to every 10km/900m, max if we go up to 10 circuits is about 50km/4500m. br/>
Time spaces between circuits, the number of falling out in each circuit - flexibly according to the situation :-)
Those who fall out are just having fun and care for the comfort of those who continue.
