Climate crisis 🌍, unaffordable housing, growing inequalities ♻️ or increasingly frequent burnout 🌿. At first glance, these are separate problems, but many scientists point out that they have a common denominator - an economic system based on constant growth and profit, often at the expense of people and nature 🌍.
At the workshop, we will look at these crises through the iceberg tool of systems thinking ♻️, which helps reveal the deeper structures and mental models behind today's crises 🌿.
We will also imagine a vision post-growth economy and post-growth entrepreneurship, the goal of which is to fulfill the needs of everyone within the planetary limits 🌍✨.
The online workshop will be conducted in Slovak. 🌿
The event is organized by OZ SaUvedom, the social enterprise Baterkáreň and the organization NaZemi thanks to support from subsidies from the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth in the field of youth work, which is administered by NIVAM National Institute of Education and Youth. In this workshop, we'll explore these crises through the Iceberg Model of Systems Thinking ♻️, which helps uncover the deeper structures and mental models underlying today's challenges 🌿.
We'll also introduce the vision of a post-growth economy and post-growth entrepreneurship, aiming to meet everyone's needs within the planet's ecological limits 🌍✨.
