📢 We call a cultural community to come to fight for the rescue of the FPU and the future of culture in Slovakia!
️ ️29.1. the key meeting of the Council of the Fund for Support of Arts, which will be decisive not only for the cultural community, but also for everyone who cares about culture, will be held.
Council's Council will decide on the adoption of the new FPU status, despite warnings about its illegality and harmfulness for the whole sector of culture and art in Slovakia.
🔴rada FPU will also decide to redistribute EUR 5.5 million to support the largest festival projects, year -round activities of galleries, cultural and residential centers, music organizations and magazines.
‼ ️ These decisions, which are planned by the FPU Council 29.1. To vote, we consider the fourth protest on Sugar Street to be the most integral of the existing protests and we call you all to come to the defense of the FPU. Let us create a crowd together, which speaks clear and determined not by this chaotic, ideologically motivated and unprofessional intervention in the key institution to support culture and art throughout Slovakia. Come to be as much as possible and let our determination be heard to the upper floors. FPU will not be without a fight.

The statute presented in this way is illegal in several points, de facto abolishes the structure of supporting activity and does not allow a continuous continuation of the FPU activity. In case of approval, the calls for 2025 will be endangered, including the challenges that have already been declared.

The Ministry of Culture We ask:
➡sko to make a remedy and withdraw the illegitimately elected FPU Council Membership
➡️ In cooperation with the professional public to prepare an amendment to the Act, which It removes its main shortcomings
