The first evening will belong to Jana Vébrová, an exceptional Czech singer-songwriter, composer and accordion player, who became famous in 2007 with her debut album Kykyrý. Her unmistakable voice and original songs quickly won her recognition. After sixteen years dedicated to family and motherly duties, she returned to the music scene with her second album Stones from the Bottom, which was christened on April 27, 2023 in the Unijazz Reading Room.

Jana Vébrová's career is a fascinating mosaic of personal experiences, natural inspiration and deep emotional truth. Her return to the music scene with the album Kameny ze dna promises another important chapter in her artistic development. Nature, especially the elements of water and air, plays a key role in her music. Jana perceives her creativity as an emotional process that is strongly influenced by her home environment in the Lusatian Mountains. These places inspire her and provide space for her work.

Now Jana has become the frontwoman of the legendary band Dunaj, with whom she is recording a new album. It is also realized in a trio, a poetic manifesto with Vladimír Václavek and Petr Tichý, hiding behind the secret wedding name Číro na nýtů.
