POWER OF HEALING TOUCH / Danka Bednárová

At this workshop you have a chance to experience something really magical! ✨ We are discussing the various possibilities of connection, unity and incredibly healing touch forces. You will learn the principles of the art of partner yoga - an exercise that celebrates the unity of connection, trust and shared energy. Experience the joy of moving, stretching and common breathing together. 🧘️🧘️

Then we will follow up with practices from the soothing world of Shiatsu massage - great techniques to support relaxation and overall well -being. ✨ Learn how to offer and receive fine and medicinal touches. 🫶

Whether you start with these practices or have experience, the workshop is open to everyone. Come and postpone phones and computers for a while and don't miss this opportunity to join, share smiles, and create beautiful memories with the healing touch force.
