I cordially invite you to a favorite workshop that will change your perception and practice of saluting the Sun, and thus your body.
You will learn important details that will change everything for you.
Your back will no longer hurt and your body will be properly formed according to yoga anatomy and sacred geometry.
Tips and tricks on how to strengthen and rejuvenate your body, increase energy, strengthen inner fire, improve joint mobility, strengthen muscles, relieve back pain and much more with this simple series.

In this workshop I will share with you my 13 years of experience and yoga knowledge that I have gathered all over the world from great yoga teachers with more than 40 years of practice, which are Jozef Wiewel – anatomy, Nevine Michaan/katonah yoga = sacred geometry.
The class is suitable for everyone, both beginners and advanced. Above all, it is suitable if you want to slow down and discover something new in yourself.

She has been studying yoga ~ the science of the soul ~ since 2011. Different styles of yoga studied with exceptional teachers with rich experience in India, Thailand, England, USA.
In 2016, she founded the Joga Srdcom studio in Banská Bystrica, which eventually moved to the online space. She has trained several yoga instructors. Together she organized yoga festivals. Currently, she creates transformational stays during the summer in Slovakia and in the winter in beautiful places around the world.
Deni went through difficult periods of depression in the past, from which she managed to recover. Understanding how the connection of mind, body and soul works has given her knowledge that she shares with those who desire to grow and live their dreams.
Her classes known as HEART YOGA are a combination of her experiences of life on in different places in the world, studying hatha yoga, hot yoga, katonah yoga, sacred geometry yoga, yin yoga, traditional tantra yoga, breath alchemy and working with shamanic medicine.
