About event
Do you know Ella? Why is Ella the queen of jazz? Why is she one of the most famous singers not only of the swing era? You will learn all this at the talk in front of the dance hall from Veronika!
The talk will be followed by a themed dance class :)
Tuesday swing dance class is regularly held at our studio on Račianská for all swing enthusiasts.
Come and dance freely, repeat what you know, try out new moves or just sit down to pleasant swing music. But we don't guarantee that you'll actually stay seated - any dancer will be happy to explain and show you the basic steps.
There is no organized bar in our studio (only a community fridge), so don't forget to bring what you like and your own glasses.
Entrance is voluntary.
There is no dress code - the goal is just to dance to your heart's content.
/Changes in the date or venue are reserved. Tuesday dances are a voluntary initiative of the dance school./
------------------------------------------------
Come to social dance, practice the steps which you already know, try some new tricks or just to sit, chat and listen to pleasant swing music played by our DJs.
Disclaimer: no guarantee you will remain seated! Even beginners will be happily taught and explained basic steps by our enthusiastic dancers.
There is no organized bar in the studio so don't forget to bring what suits your taste and your own cup.
