About event
Discover the power that lies in your shadow! ❤️
The shadow carries a huge amount of energy. We pushed everything that was not in line with our self -impact, with our parents, teachers, society to see us. We chose to be good at the expense of being real, because being real meant risk rejection, which in childhood perception equals death. However, holding ourselves behind the closed door costs a large amount of energy, which we then lack in our lives. At the same time, sooner or later in the form of conflict, illness or nightmares, they are driving against us. On the next evening of the integration of the inner parts, we will start to make contact with our shadow. Let's start getting to know him, relax into consciousness, play with him. We have a gentle but deep work through mini -constructions, previews, or dialogue with the inner parts. The reward will be the influx of vital energy, the ability to better set boundaries and live more of yourself.
The event takes place from 6 pm to 9 pm every even Tuesday in the center of light at Vyšehradská 43.
