Synopsis

Noise pollution has become a serious problem in Lisbon, the second worst European capital in this regard, with negative consequences for public health, quality of life and well-being of citizens. The ambient noise of half a million cars circulating, air traffic that breaks records year after year, increasingly vibrant night and tourist life, and even neighbors, affects Lisbon residents in such a way that the need to do something is increasingly consensual.
