Synopsis
In today's hyperconnected world, excessive use of digital devices can lead to digital dependence. The compulsive connection to technologies such as the internet, smartphones, social networks, cybersex and online shopping and games is a serious problem that negatively impacts an individual's personal, professional and social life. Recent research shows dramatic changes in the behaviors, attitudes and lifestyles of the millennial generation. The regulation and healthy use of digital is mandatory for governments, health technicians, teachers and, above all, families.
