How many times in your life have you heard sentences like "You better be quiet", "No one asked you anything", "Don't shout here" or "Please don't sing"? You may not have followed these commands and recommendations at first, but I bet most of you have come to accept them over time. What are the effects of such sentences on our authenticity, self-acceptance, self-worth? Huge. We have handed over a part of our lives, our power, to other people's hands.
In our voice lies a huge power to express our emotions and thoughts. It is a means by which we maintain our boundaries. And last but not least, it is a powerful healing tool, because we are able to touch all parts of our body and our soul with our voice.
If you feel it is time to take your voice back, we cordially invite you to the ANCIENT VOICE POWER workshop. I will teach you breathing and voice techniques, thanks to which you will connect with your own body and emotions. You will be able to rely on your voice and use it as a means of relaxation, energization and self-care.
The workshop is intended for everyone without distinction. No singing experience is needed, only the desire and courage to work on yourself.

Price: CZK 450/lesson
