A new city that was to be the metropolis of Europe. Old Town, beating the heart of the Czech identity. Josefov, in which silence says more than words.
In 2.5 hours we will go on a route, which shows how great ideas meet with life in the courtyards, arcades and markets.
We will start at the foot of the National Museum - a symbol of culture, pride and aspiration. Then the new city of Charles IV, where each square had its own rhythm and meaning. The Old Town Square - a scene of history, where kings, townspeople and rebels played. And for the final Josefov - a memory district that reminds you of what is no longer in the city, but still feels.
