Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

• Are tickets refundable? Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, if the event is canceled due to extreme weather, you will receive a full refund.
• Can tickets be purchased on the spot? The capacity of our roof terraces is strictly limited (the best views of Prague simply require a more intimate atmosphere!). We therefore strongly recommend booking online in advance. If the event is not sold out, a limited number of "Last Minute" tickets will be available on site at a higher price.

Entry Rules

• No re-entry: Once you leave, the ticket is forfeited. We have a strict no return policy. If you decide to leave the premises, you will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
• Adults Only (18+): Valid physical identification (ID, passport or driver's license) is strictly required upon entry. We do not accept digital copies or photos of IDs on the phone.
• Right to refuse entry: In order to maintain a great festival atmosphere, we do not tolerate large groups for stag and hen parties (ladies and men's rides). We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or wearing themed costume/disguise.

Dress Code: Rooftop Chic / Smart Casual

• Gala Dress Up! Be stylish, comfortable and ready for the sunset.
• Yes please: Summer dresses, linen pieces, dress or linen trousers, stylish trainers and trendy hats.
• Not allowed: Flip flops/slippers, sports shorts, gym clothes, swimwear, men's tank tops/sleeveless shirts, fully unbuttoned shirts or mesh and perforated tops.
