A relaxing evening, where it will not be about AI replacing us, but about what we can actually do better with it. As always, we'll kick things off with Nowwwwinks and then delve into a program worth putting your vacation plans on hold for an evening. Come for one last burst of inspiration before you send your agents to the virtual beach and everything goes quiet in vacation and pickle mode. ☀️🏝️🥒

Most interactions in the UI are asynchronous, the spinner browser taboo is no longer enough for us, and frameworks are still looking for solutions. The React team's answer is that you don't have to deal with async, at least not as much as before. Let's show how they want to achieve this using transitions and action pattern.

...and then came vibe coding. Suddenly, a few sentences in the chat were enough, and functional prototypes began to appear before our eyes at the speed of lightning. But they weren't just prototypes. The CEO, the manager, the graphic designer got a tool with which they started weeding the codebase and the vibecode apocalypse began...

This lecture will show what we have learned in more than 280 days. How to fight the apocalypse. How to prevent infection. How to defend against infection. And what are the symptoms of infection not only in code, but also in people. All this with a bit of exaggeration and mainly an opener for discussion over beer.

Most of us are intimately familiar with the BEM methodology for CSS organization. In my practice, however, I came across a few places where it creaks a little. With the advent of CSS custom properties, new solutions are offered that will take the clarity and easy modification of components to a higher level.
