About event
I cordially invite you to another experiential dance seminar with conscious consensual touches. Through intuitive dance, we first connect better with our body and emotions and our authentic soul. We will try to open our hearts to love, joy, playfulness and freedom and seek love for ourselves and for all other beings. We will use the magical power of music and dance for self-discovery, but also as a form of non-verbal communication. There will also be space to express our emotions and communicate with others through dance and the so-called conscious touch, while respecting the boundaries of everyone present.
I will be your inspiration, guide, but also an equal participant and I will also try to create a safe and loving environment.
FORM :
Intuitive dance with yourself but also in a couple or in a group, connecting, meditation in dance, mini-rituals, practical exercises in a group but also in pairs, non-verbal communication but also sharing in a circle
WHO IS THE SEMINAR FOR:
It is suitable for both individuals and couples (it is recommended to practice alone if the couple does not wish to stay together all evening). The goal is for everyone to meet everyone, so that they can perceive the difference in personalities and practice an individual CONSCIOUS approach to everyone separately.
It is intended for all those who love dance and would like to try working with a conscious touch, with a conscious approach to the other sex and taste the smell of Tantra, and all this freely, joyfully and in a safe environment.
To everyone who wants to play and experiment with their feelings, needs and boundaries and maybe have a problem with self-confidence when touching "strangers".
To everyone who wants to get closer to other people and do something for a happier life for themselves and others.
Everyone present is equal and everyone has the opportunity to do everything voluntarily and with the feeling of a safe environment. You don't work with nudity. INTIMATE BOUNDARIES BOTH FOREIGNERS AND OWN ARE RESPECTED.

time schedule:
18:15 - opening of the space (changing clothes, payment of contribution)
18:30 - Introduction in the circle
18:40 - 19:55 Free dance and meeting while dancing
5 min break
20:00 - 21:30 Practice in in pairs
21:30 final sharing
The contribution to the seminar is 400 CZK per individual and 700 CZK for a couple (man+woman)
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 18 people (9 men and 9 women + substitutes)
