Praha zítra? Florenc

Four houses. Four competitions. The largest brownfield in the city center is looking for its shape. Three years ago, the results of the Florenc21 International Urban Design Competition were announced. The winning team of UNIT architects, A69 – architects and Marko & Placemakers developed the master plan of the area, which is today the basis for four simultaneous competitions for the architectural solution of individual block houses. What is the assignment? What will this first West Stage bring to the locality? What other projects and constructions are planned here? And what is the future of the north-south highway, to which the new houses must respond?
