About event
The seminar is intended for therapists who want to address the issue of PPP in children as part of their therapeutic practice.
At the seminar you will learn:
- Invasive and non-invasive methods of examining PPP
- Examination analysis and preparation of a therapeutic plan
- Intervention in the home environment (parent education, environmental modification, meal routines)
- Therapeutic intervention (sensory and motor skills, work with anxiety)
- Working with food as a therapeutic tool
- Specifics of PPP in children with ASD, DMO, MR and sensory defects
The seminar is designed to combine theoretical information, practical examples and learning through personal experience - both in the field of diagnostics and therapy.
Lecturer: Mgr. Jitka Ludvíčková (occupational therapist), Mgr. Štěpánka Philippová (clinical speech therapist), Mgr. Simona Kocourková (nutrition therapist)
Duration of the event: Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Refreshments: everyone provides lunch individually, refreshments during breaks are provided.
