Go with me for regular fitness lessons Nordic Walking!
We start every Saturday from 10:30 am and go through the Krč forest.
Meeting in front of Metre C Roztyly. The event takes place in any weather (except for permanent rain or storm).
The lesson is designed for those who have already undergone some form of basic training. On the lesson we tune the details of the technique, practice and walk at a pace! Specifically on the phone + 420 720 757 679 or write to: [email protected].
